For example, a couple doesn’t need as much hot water as a family with 5 kids, so they could install a smaller hot water system. The problem is that a 4 bedroom house needs sufficient hot water for at least a family of four and when you sell your property at a later date, a buyer will not be happy about having to upgrade a small hot water heater.
